Booking Terms
- 100% Advance (Nonrefundable/Transferable) to confirm the booking
Payment Mode
- Cheque made out to "Overland Escape"
- Outstation payments by draft payable at Leh favoring "Overland Escape"
- Bank transfer (NEFT)
- Payment at Leh or Camp will be accepted in Cash Only
Cancellation Terms
- 50% cancellation of total billing amount (inclusive of 25% Non Refundable / transferable advance Payment) will be charged if cancelled before 15 days of arrival date.
- No refund if cancelled before or within 07 days.
Important Note
- It is compulsory to carry the accommodation voucher to the campsite to avoid inconvenience during check-in.
- Due to natural calamities like flood / landslides / road block if clients are unable to reach at campsite, we will issue credit note which can be utilized at any of our campsite /hotel / transport (supplement or reduction extra) till November 2026
- Rates are applicable till 30th November 2026
